ABOUT ME

Kev Smith, Founder and Owner of HALO 2020 Consulting has over 30 years experience in operational management and commercial development across the Hospitality, Visitor Attractions and Leisure industry. I have developed and opened numerous businesses over the years with specialist skills in Commercial Development, Operational Systems, Business Planning and Leadership Development gained during my time at Center Parcs, Sports and Leisure Management Ltd and Continuum Attractions. I have led teams through new start ups and ongoing operations and for several years performed in the role of Executive Director. HALO can complement an existing team or lead you through the challenges day to day commercial operations can bring.
